Hide Scrapers

Yup! You heard correctly! I recently made some hide scrapers for buckskinning since I found out that no body really makes them, or if they do its very expensive.
These are forges 5160 high carbon and steel oil quenched.
Neither is the same and has slight variations.
They all are 4 inches long, and range from 1.5 inch to 2.5 inches.
Prices are $35 for the regular size one and $20 for the smaller ones.

Will Be planning on making hide fleshers in the near future.

More knives

Welp, two more to post up.

This one is a large chopper I made for myself and gave it one hell of a work out, did very nicely.

And I decided to see if I can make something like the Tracker.  I wasnt disapointed. Add a few of my mods and made it thinner.

New Knives

Well, its been awhile, so here's some knives that I've made and sold recently.

This one I made for myself I call Desert Sunset in a bush knife form. I really worked this knife, and I'm very pleased with it. Skinned out a deer, carved tools I needed, split logs, its a great camp knife.

The price for this is $130

A primitive dagger I was comissioned to do.
It's OAL is 10.5 inches, double edged.

A Hori Hori type digging knife I made for my wife.
 This would go for $120

Been away

Knife prices and pics

These are knives I have made, ranging from small neck and belt knives, camp blades, to large choppers. I'm more well known for making neck and belt knives as they get the most use and hold up to a lot of abuse, but hell all my knives do.

Prices range from $75 for Neck knives and $80 for belt knives

$100-$150 for camp knives depending on the length.

$150-$250 for large chopping blades, again, depending on the length.

The handles are usually wood, but I am now using homemade micarta which has turned out beautifully. This will cost $10 extra.

Your choice of sheaths are either all leather, or leather covered kydex.

I take custom orders, just try to keep it simple.

Surprise!

Well, this was a nice surprise. A friend of a friend asked if I could make this friend a knife for them. This isnt even up and running and I'm getting orders. Not complaining, let them come.
Just finishing hammering out the basic shape and taking a break.
But a even better note, I got two large choppers finished, One has a walnut handle, the other micarta.
Today I'll be getting some pics up.
